An organically synthetic experimental restaurant
Fatigued with his own imagination, Philippe Berger, Gastronomer, Inventor and self proclaimed recluse invites enthusiastic fans to challenge his culinary creativity and the future of food. His single seat restaurant, nestled high in the Pyrenees asks potential customers to formulate their own menu. Berger will then set about scientifically experimenting in order to synthetically reproduce each request. Weeks, months or even years have been known to pass before the chef is satisfied with the result. The customer will then make the journey to the picturesque location where they dine alone, free to immerse themselves in the product without distraction, surrounded entirely by a natural environment.
