Tegel Master Plan
This project organices the territory of the airport in different areas due to their futures uses. The main occupation will be “free” as Berlin citizens could enjoy the nature and landscape. This nature is composed by forest , fields, and water areas, sport activities, as well as navegate , cultivate and much more.
The first building project represents a mountain which serves as a protection valley wall agains noise and pollution. This construction is a hybrid between industrial and residential uses with commercial zones in order to provide all needed to the people who live there.
Finally , the tower wants to be a milestone in the city that represents the future an development. It is based in natural silk structures and also it remembers the last use of tegel tower airport.
In this building ,the residecial area is oriented by the sun so houses could receive natural light and heat. The industrial use is liked with the high way and it is create for university students to develop their proffesional formation.
He dreamt he woke up in that dream, he felt light, infinite and infime at the same time,.. he flown on the top of clouds and there he just listened the silence; although he lived in the eye of the storm and millions of light points illuminated the cosmos on his head, also under their foot.
The fourth industrial era came through robotic programs and 3D printing. Education is not inside classrooms anymore, now is in streaming and as Gutenberg’s printing democratized the information that day, internet and virtual reality predict that the next da Vinci or Albert Einstein was from Congo.
“It is needed to understand the history, who understands it, can found continuity between what was and what will be” (Le Corbusier).
“Architect has to be a prophet, a prophet in the real meaning of the word, if someone can not have future vision (unless ten years far) don’t call him architect” F.L.Wright
Global market born when two homo sapiens did the first exchange, civilizations in the Nile river, Mediterranean routes, and the Great Discover of the New World in 1942 , develop the market until nowadays where we are able to buy milk in Amazon and a drone transports it to our fridge.
Construction is not about the land because transport is not required physical infrastructures. The huge engineer oeuvres lost their meaning when the first flying vehicles appeared. Cities were thought and designed to use cars, a medieval idea that thanks to technology reborn, begins the densifying in high, this can make possible to release the ground (nowadays polluted) and recover the fertility with forests and animals. For Le Corbusier the urban street among to the automobile and the roof (garden) returns to the land.Elisha Otis´s elevator invention and the use of steel in the Chicago School ,allow to build the original skyscrapers; Now robotic building and the evolution of drones create vertical villages, inspired in that primitive community of Africa, Europe, Asia, America,.. World is in a new re globalization improving and developing of natural sustainability and local resources. Renewable energy and collaborative consumptions return family life to a primitive way like Tuareg clans or Cherokee tribes. Constellation shows a proto urban project where individual cells create efficient communities in a primitive-future society. Harmony reigns and human specie became reconciliated with Earth,.. He dreamt he woke up in that dream.
