HAPPY NEW TRAINING
So sorry if the schedule of the latest newsletters have been a little off balance but it’s the holidays and we got our chill mode on. For writing and for training. So since the new year is just around the corner we thought that, after the xmas edition of this update, the best way to end the year is too look further away and get in shape for 2017 (and f*** 2016 right?).

Ok so maybe this is not the best update for the new year but we hope it could get your mind trained for the competition that is coming up.
We would like to leave you with the usual chill pill to take on your couch and if that is not enough, with a few updates about the competition!
