Hey guys! how’s you weekend treating you so far? Well, i guess where we are it’s been kind of a GREAT weather weekend, or maybe it’s just cause we feel like treating ourselves to the last bits of the outside , but we taught that this was the good week to still make you feel like training outdoor is just not that bad of a good idea! You know what we mean?
So here we are for a good update about what the outside world could suggest you!

Like that is not enough, we do have some other kind of inspiration for you this week. The first one is to read and not much related to sports, but it is a training for your mind; the second one, is just related to the first one. So go with the flow, ok?

1.2 (Cause it’s like the same thing) WATCH: Into the wild by director Sean Penn (do we need to say more?).
We do get that this is not actually training, but the physical and mental struggle of the character is a big training for life, and so we feel that this could lead, how the romans would say, to a mens san in corpore sano.
