Hey guys so Sunday is coming to an end and Monday is coming up way to quickly. A good way to relieve stress is…training. We are here writing this week update dedicated to one particular training routine which is running. You may wonder why? Well this Sunday there was the NYC marathon and it’s one event were people from all over the world get together and well…run.

So we are again almost at the end of our weekend and our update. But let’s face Monday with maybe a new routing of running which could help our over stressed lives and also, let’s face this ending newsletter with a sweet treat, actually two.

1. WATCH AND LISTEN: We used to wait by ArcadeFire. But just don’t go to youtube and open the first song. Click here and check The Wilderness Downtown website. First it’s the coolest thing ever,and second,you can put your location and see this crazy video of a guy running in your city! That might bright up your mood and make you want to run.
2. JUST WATCH: Marathon Man – Fanatical runner Thomas “Babe” Levy (Dustin Hoffman) unwittingly gets caught up with Nazis and stolen diamonds and needs his lung-and-leg power to escape the bad guys in the streets of New York City.
