EATING ALONE

Hi all, we are realizing that we usually have recurring themes in our newsletters and sometimes more then others they often wonderfully apply from one theme to another. In this case, more then ever. Doing alone things could be challenging and fearful but when it comes to certain actives it’s less scary. When it comes to eating…a big debate comes up.

Is it, or is it not a tabu? Should you or should you not enjoy it?

Here a couple of things to start this week’s discussion:

1. ON EATING ALONE: Read
2. HOW TO EAT ALONE:
3. CLEVER TIPS ON HOW TO:
4. ENJOY IT: Yas

Seems like the debate is leaning more to a YAS then a NAS but, as i’m quietly sitting at a Starbucks and listening to a weird version of “New Slang” by the Shins and eating a pumpkin bread loaf, i’m literally an inbetweener in the discussion. But then again i’m not enjoying a really really good meal. So to keep it going here are the best of the best where to do this activity:

1. THE BEST IN NY: Gnam
2. THE BEST IN AMERICA: Hungry
3. THE BEST IN FLORENCE: Fame

And please feel free to check more…since dinner time is striking i will try this, for the first time, i will go to a restaurant ALONE. But to not leave you lonely i will give you something to watch in case you want to eat alone but at home. This movie has the most “scary” eating alone scene…WATCH “Lonely guy” with Steve Martin.

With this, hope i haven’t made you too sad…but then again enjoy solitude sometimes, cause it’s a bliss.
