Can I have your attention please?

Our regular newsletter for the “BUYING” competition is temporarily interrupted because I have some BREAKING NEWS for you.

A brand-new, never-happened-before, spic and span competition is just launched, the one who will bring about all the fresh and relevant ideas about architectural representation…

R E – D R A W

An experimental architecture representation competition whose aim is to develop ONE visual to represent an iconic architecture.

The project started in collaboration with KooZA/rch, sponsored by Morpholio, and in partnership with the most influent platforms for Architectural Representation out there; Show it better, Crit Day, architectureONpaper, Archisource, Arqpédia, Axonometric Madness, and c_a_g_e.

This time, the participants are asked to draft one image, with absolute freedom of scale, technique, and level of abstraction.

We encourage creativeness, criticality, and innovation. The building can be portrayed as a whole, a part, or a collage of disconnected moments. Entry to the competition is completely flexible and adaptable to the participant’s interpretation.

You might have heard the buzz for a few days now, but now it’s official. The topic of the first ever RE-DRAW competition is Casa da Música, OMA‘s classic now concert hall in Porto!

So wait no more, register and show us how the iconic building can be rethought, reconfigured, re-represented!

The countdown has officially started.

You will hear from me with more BUYING inspiration references next week!
