What does “Fabbrica del tempo” mean? The idea for this master thesis was born with the intention of returning a name and giving back a new identity to the former Snia Viscosa of Varedo, a textile industry that over the years has created a city within the city in the Monza and Brianza municipality, which is now nothing more than a wreck, an urban void and an immense desolate space. The challenge is knowing how to listen to the society and rediscovering history through the development of a space characterized by new areas for movement and free time.
