In fragile situation of COVID-19, the main design thinking is reinvent housing base on standard new normal behavior that government recommended. Quality of life will be safe from COVID-19 pandemic by created 2 separated gateway of private zone and semi-public zone. The exclusivity at private gateway to householder is ionic salt water cabinet scan. However,the other gateway, visitors, co-workers and deliverers are follow the principles of disease control by juristic that ensuring to all householders.
The base physicals are ventilation, natural light and mentality. All kind lift hall, corridor, mailbox, and residential block, within residential block provided a tree planter and vertical court open well up to skies beside air ventilation and interactual with neighborhood.
The conceptual design in architecture expresses as the wildlife living. Ornamentation of many trees and woods array, external visualization seem like house on the top of mountain.
