What happens to the city when we finally lose the river? Do we choose to mourn or to commemorate? We chose to keep the river in another way. The high-tech holographic projection of the giant machine emits the history image of the river in the dry urban riverbed, and people in the entire city can watch this artificially virtual long river. However, the history of developing such technology and mechanization always following huge water consumption. The tool of future is destroying our reality of environment. Do we abandon the pursuit of eternity and choose cruel optimism may be the most suitable for the next world?
