The Expansion Anti-Mansion (TEAM), is an 250 sqft affordable house that reduces the cost of a home to $15,000. Use as a crutch to get on your feet and start long-term saving or as your permanent home that can expand in size with your home life.
66% of Millennials live paycheck to paycheck. In response to this need for affordability, the Tiny House Movement emerged. Tiny Homes decrease the price of a home by reducing its size to ~400 sqft max. They can cost 2x the amount per square foot than a normal house, since they’re built custom by local builders.
The Expansion Anti-Mansion achieves affordability by normalizing construction costs with commercialized, prefabricated materials, rather than using local builders and custom designs like typical tiny houses. The walls and furniture are pre-made, are shipped to you for self-assembly, and snap together as easily as legos.
