Have you noticed that most of the buildings are monofunctional and not “full-time working”? The theater is open just several days a week. The school is empty for several months. We are adding  these buildings to the base. So people can use the BUILDINGS’ FREE TIME for education. Therefore, anyone can become a speaker, work in a team or listen to a lecture.
