KEEP CHARGING

Nowadays, the factory is considered to be a traditional building where the creation and the processing of goods of any kind are taking place. Its concept is very restricted and gives us the sense of a boring procedure that is carried out into a place with limits. The aim of our project is to give a different meaning to the factory typology and transfer the creation in a place without borders.
So, the “KEEP CHARGING” is referred to the production of electricity just by walking. The project contains power chips that are located in the shoes and a special designed backpack. While walking, the chips are synchronized to the battery into the backpack and the battery is charging wirelessly. Thus, we can use that energy for charging our mobile phone or other electrical devices.
The process has a more playful perspective and becomes much more approachable, by taking a walk or running in the city and charging at the same time the battery that is placed in the special designed backpack.
