Millions of people lack of water and their numbers are growing fast. That’s why every drop matters! The average human body consists of 60 % of water. In a single day we lose about 2,5 liters of water and we must refuel it. From this loss we lose 500 ml by sweating but it can be 3 liters on a warm day and hard physical work or doing sport can cause high water loss too. Our device is a simple carry on bottle for everyday use which can extract drinking water from sweat and every kind of water unfit to drink (for example salt water, and yes, urine too!) but you can use it as a regular water bottle too. It’s a stainless steel bottle with a filter inside which can extract water via membrane distillation. In the body of the bottle there’s a tank for the liquids or clothes attached to the filter where the temperature rise up to 60-90 C when you turn on the flask and it extracts the water to the outer body of the bottle where it condenses on the cooling units. After this process you have reclaimed drinking water.
