In Manhattan, I propose a breathable green skyscraper with deconstructed façade, dissolving the high urban density and pressure, also concerning practical and economic issues.
Floor levels with modular layout are supported by three kinds of core – transportation, electricity and water core.
Rotatable photovoltaic panels on facade can control sunlight intensity and provide electricity. Water reservoir on top catches rainwater for the irrigation of vertical farm.
