New York’s current conditions have created gaps in the city. Empty areas in the city are scattered unevenly in the city, while some buildings continue to exist as empty, some buildings have been demolished. The idea of a skyscraper was developed in an area of the city where artistic and cultural activities are intense, so that people can work while living in their lives. The skyscraper differs from a home office unit and creates office spaces in some parts of the building. While designed on the facades in the empty space facing the middle of the building. This wall was desired to increase the green area of the building with the help of vine. The connection points of units, the slit in the outer wall of the building; It was created in order to create a horizontal and vertical circulation area and to use these areas as public spaces. The public Spaces created will be opened to a green area.
