In the future, after the sea level rises, the flat space will gradually disappear, and the horizontal transportation we use will no longer be enough. Therefore, in my conception, the sea water is transformed into an energy-saving helper, and the hydraulic principle is used to propel it with tiny energy. Mass transportation, and join vertical transportation, jumping movement.
