The concept behind this proposal is the use of nature resources to replace the electricity. We use Wind to create power. Each house is independent from one another and mainly rely on their own windmill. Each car has sail which replace the steering wheel when the change in direction is needed. And we can also get extra energy from people who ride bike cycle around.
