The plan makes full use of natural resources and rearranges buildings at the planning level to maximize their exposure to light, thus making people more likely to use natural light rather than light and achieving energy savings. At the same time, the road network layout, as far as possible to make the route twists and turns, while in the office and residential areas set up fixed public transport lines, so that people prefer to use bicycles rather than cars, saving car gas consumption. At the technical level, the scheme takes into account the intermittent nature of solar energy, and is equipped with a tidal energy integrated solar power generation system, which uses technological means for energy monitoring, both to provide power to people, and energy self-sufficiency.
