Food needs are not only needed on land, but also at sea. Ships must return to land to take food and this will require considerable energy and time. Therefore, an oasis from oil platform use is made in the middle of the sea that can produce foods. This Self Produce Market consists of four floors where the first floor functions as a fish pond and the third floor functions as an aquaponics production area with fresh water produced by the desalination process originating from the previous oil platform infrastructure and the rainwater harvesting process. The products from the 1st and 3rd floors are moved via a pulley in the void to the 2nd floor, where the products are packaged. This floor is also allocated as a living area for workers who utilise oil tubes as workers’ bedrooms. There are two ways to distribute the product, the first is to move the product on the 2nd floor to the incoming ships using the crane on the upper floor, the second is to distribute it using small boats that act as delivery boats. That way, ships that are at sea can still fulfil their basic needs without having to return to land.
