-WINNER of SOCIAL DISTANCING HOUSING BLOCK Competition
The aim of our proposal is to introduce protected social interaction and at the same time offering the flexibility to change to a social distance with no physical interaction by offering the minimum services for each one.
The plan is organized in a non-hierarchical way, giving to each unit a service space located in the façade. This exterior crown offers all the minimum services need by the used, cleaning and relation with the exterior.
At the same time the project is understood as a hygienical promenade and relation with the nature. Before entering you clean your hands having light from the four patios , you leave the groceries and cloths at the kitchen seeing the patio from the other side and go inside the room to finish the hygienical process where you clean yourself seeing the exterior.
