Internet technology and virtual reality technology are constantly developing, they are faster and more realistic in rendering. With the development of logistics technology, the introduction of automation is also greatly improving efficiency. As a result, people have less and less reason to gather face-to-face for work, shopping, leisure, etc.
So virtual aggregators, metaverses, or similar products, are competitive in this near-future era.
The metaverse is the trend of the future, is there anything the metaverse can’t pull away from physical reality anyway? How has the function of community space changed?
We believe that the new way of life will change from going out to work and resting at home to working from home and going out for leisure. This makes the space “inverted”, the centralized office space may be omitted, and the decentralized distribution to the box where everyone lives. In this setting, we made some attempts to try to build a new community.We have carefully designed the small houses, which have a strong spatial folding function. The small houses supplied by different manufacturers can be freely placed on the flat floor, as long as the placement can be connected to the modular water and electricity supply outlets. Therefore, people in the high-tech zone can form various “communities” according to occupation, technology, or hobbies, and the exchange of technology will be promoted in the settlements formed by people themselves. Common areas such as laundry room, reception room, restaurant, gym, etc. are set as large or small concentrated areas distributed throughout the building. The fibrous soil recycling and utilization function in the community will convert the daily garbage and debris into environmentally friendly soil that forms mountains and jungles. With the accumulation of soil and the planting of jungles, several mountains composed of recycled materials will be formed in the community. , at this time, people can communicate face-to-face with people who have something in common at any time in the community they have built, or they can choose to get rid of the encirclement of numbers and codes and be embraced by nature.
