‘‘MIND THE CAPSULE’’ is a device that helps people to transport in the city. The construction is made by recycled metal frame, two magnetic cylinders and a flexible, light-permeable outer skin of purifying fabric, that aims to prevent contamination. The movement of this device depends on the magnet cylinder that exists on the capsule and at the magnetic field located beneath the ground surface.
This machine can be used by placing the two cylinders parallel to the ground and hop on. Then, the purifying fabric rolls down and the device is ready for use. The capsule gives the opportunity to control every device through the screen that appears on the fabric. In addition, passengers can navigate or check the pollution level.
Due to the fact that this device will be the main mean of transport at the city, arises the opportunity of creating green spaces on the ground level instead of roads. Thus, not only clean and fresh air is provided, but also the pollution level is reduced. The main concern of the design process of this new era city (inside the boundaries of the old), was to solve both COVID-19 contamination and create a sustainable design that serves people.
