Migrant young people are constantly pouring into large developed coastal city to make the city expand and re-develop. This group acts as a catalyst to accelerate the development of the entire city. This design is a large-scale IOT future community that provides life and work for young people outside of this developed city, combined with artificial intelligence in order to improve people’s communication, life and work efficiency. This design of future public space use upgraded prefabricated houses, which can be disassembled and moved, so that residents can choose the size of their living space according to their economic conditions and needs, so as to solve the long-term and persistent financial stress in the future as well as mental stress, in addition, it can bring them new opportunities and new wealth.
