The building is a cultural and educational center that will help young people, artists (all over the world) to develop, where they will be able to implement their ideas and exhibit it.
Therefore, the main idea was to create a space that will be evoke unforgettable emotions in the viewer, as well as in any representative of the art, when they will see it, will get into it(with an unexpected way) and when they will travel in it.
The building is located in the water. For the place can be used mine where the water is stored as well as any water reservoir from site. There will be two way to get into it (as shown on site plan): boats and floating deck. Once inside in lobby, you will find an arched foyer with an elevator or a spiral staircase that leads to the building and is open to the sky. The building has three exhibition spaces: 1.a closed domed on level 05-06, where there is a pool that can be emptied and can be used as the amphitheater. 2.open exhibition hall on level 07 , where will be possible to hold any event. 3. a small exhibition space on level 04. Lobby also has an additional staircase and elevator, from where we meet in the independent part of the building, where the administration, cafeteria, public space for any event, and art school are located.
