The natural life cycle of the Kucukcekmece Lagoon Basin, which has a fragile and complex ecosystem, is now threatened by urbanization. In this context, proposal design aims to define a new form of relationship between urban life and nature. This form of symbiotic relationship proposes an action plan that will establish the unity of the city and nature. The action plan is concerned with the negative effects of the factories in this region on nature and their consequences, and proposes solutions to all these results. The design problem in the project is to rebuild the relationship between the city and nature while the city expanding its borders. The design has been tried to be solved with a strategy in which water, green and public areas are the leading roles. The design proposes a simple but strong urban relationship. In the design, it is aimed that different lifestyles are intertwined by constructing a buffer zone between urban area and reparian green patch (the stream and lake shore). Recommended buffer zone; It includes arable land and gardens, woodlands, bushes, pastures, forests, beaches. The items of the proposal action plan which is developed on the urban, green and water texture are as follows:
