The “Life Goes On” proposal is a crude and realistic representation of the reality in which we live. It is, beyond the graphic style, a hyper-realistic portrait of the contrast between the countries that continue to live their day-to-day lives oblivious to the conflicts that take place a few kilometers away in their neighboring countries and the cities at war.

The realism of the picture creates an ambiguously stark and soft transition between two different realities. The center ends up feeling familiar, where all the complexity coexists.

The city and its inhabitants witness the changes of both of the worlds, and updating the relationship with the built environment allows them to move forward as a society. We value the chosen point of view, the opposition, the sadness that transmits the image and the ray of hope that emerges.
